What is Prepare/Enrich?
Prepare/Enrich is an evidence based program designed to help couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and build a lasting foundation for their future together. It’s tailored for couples at all stages, from those preparing for marriage to those seeking to improve an existing relationship. Prepare/Enrich can be completed in 8 sessions (not including intake session).
How Does Prepare/Enrich Work?
Personalized Relationship Assessment:
Couples complete an online assessment that evaluates key areas of their relationship, including communication, conflict resolution, financial management, intimacy, and values. The results highlight both strengths and potential areas for growth.Guided Counseling & Feedback:
After completing the assessment, couples work with a certified facilitator (either in-person or online) to discuss the results and receive personalized feedback. This helps couples understand each other better, resolve any existing conflicts, and strengthen their relationship.Skill-Building Tools:
The program provides couples with practical exercises and strategies to improve communication, navigate challenges, and deepen emotional intimacy. These tools are designed to create lasting, positive changes in the relationship.
