EMDR Intensive

Find healing and feel better with a focused EMDR Intensive. This gives you time to work through hard memories, let go of heavy feelings, and move forward feeling calmer and more at peace.

What is an EMDR Intensive?

At Asé Healing Services, I offer EMDR Intensives as a special way to get help faster than weekly therapy. These intensives give you extra time to focus on your healing and work through upsetting memories without interruptions.

I have three EMDR intensive options. They usually happen over a weekend, from Friday through Sunday. For your convenience, all sessions are done online.

Why Choose an EMDR Intensive?

An EMDR Intensive gives you more time to focus on healing than regular weekly therapy. You can work through hard memories, feel your emotions safely, and start to feel better faster.

It is good for people who:

  • Want to make real progress in a short time

  • Feel stuck in weekly therapy

  • Have upsetting memories or strong feelings they want to work through

  • Want a safe, focused space to heal

With an EMDR Intensive, you can take big steps toward feeling calmer, more at peace, and more in control of your emotions.

Benefits of an EMDR Intensive:

  • Work on healing faster than weekly therapy

  • Have extra time to focus on upsetting memories

  • Feel your emotions safely

  • Learn ways to feel calmer and more in control

  • Reduce strong feelings or triggers from past events

  • Take big steps toward feeling more at peace
